Hnin Mar Phyo is widowed with a 9-yo girl. She is a Christian and has High School education. Her parents had passed on and she has 2 elder siblings.

She was a domestic helper to 2 Myanmar employers. She helped with childcare to her first employer for 3 years; and another 7 years with her second employer, looking after a frail 72-yo Ah Gong. She also did the household chores meticulously, went marketing and the daily cooking.
