Phyu Thi Oo is single; she is a Buddhist and has High School education. She has 2 siblings and is the middle child. Her parents are farmers.

She was a domestic helper in Myanmar for 3 years, a household of 5; tasked with looking after 2 children, all house chores, marketing and cooking. She has a cheerful character, obliging and patient, kind and caring, who can look after the young and is comfortable with elderly care.
